Gantto’s services are designed to be anonymous to others and safe for all users. We make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that your anonymity is protected.
Gantto collects personal information for the purposes of:
Ensuring the technical functioning of our systems

Providing our service to users via personal accounts
Creation of new services based on usage trends

We restrict access to personal information to Gantto employees, contractors and agents who absolutely need to know this particular information. Our commercial servers are secure and regularly audited to ensure continued security.

Our services may require the collection of certain personal information for the purposes of account creation. In order to provide our full range of services, we may collect the following types of information:
User Provided Information
When you sign up for a Gantto account, we ask you for personal information such as a valid e-mail address and an account password.
Gantto member e-mail addresses are used to contact members regarding service updates and various marketing notices. You may opt out of these emails by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
In order to use Gantto, we may place a “Cookie” on your hard drive. Cookies are data files which allow our services to recognize you as a user.
We currently use Google Analytics, which provides us with anonymous data on how users are interacting with our site. We use this data to improve our website.
Information on our Servers
When you use the Gantto website, our servers record this information. Our servers may contain information such as your uploaded files, user errors, Internet Protocol address, browser type, and the date and time of your activity.
Under the following limited circumstances, Gantto will share information with others:

Children’s Privacy Concerns
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Gantto services. We do not knowingly collect or use personal information about visitors under 13 years of age. If you are under 13 years of age, you may use the Gantto services only in conjunction with your parents or guardians.
