Here is a quick tutorial on how to build a Gantt chart online with Gantto.

First create a new file using the Cloud Menu

Highlight a row and select New -> Task

Edit the task name with either the data column or on the task directly

Reposition or resize the task by dragging from the center or the end handles

Add new dependent tasks by clicking on the round handles on either side of the task:

Select any series of tasks and click Task->Group to group them into a folder

Then rename the folder just like you would a task

To save the project click Cloud->Save

Enter your project name in the file dialog and click Save:

Once saved, the application will show your file name under your user name:

To add a milestone and the end of the tasks, select the blank line below and Add->Milestone

To add it to the chain of tasks, simply drag the constraint handle from the fifth task to the new milestone:

The milestone will snap to the end of the chain automatically
